Return During Delivery
Returns are only applicable at the time the rider delivers the product.
Please check the product carefully while the rider is present. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition, you may return it immediately to the rider.
Once the product is accepted from the rider, we cannot accept a return request for that order.
Refunds
If an order is returned during delivery, no cash-on-delivery payment should be collected for the returned product.
